What's the difference between our Guest Amenities Range & our Skin & Hair Care Range ?

Both ranges are crafted using 100% natural, plant-based ingredients and are infused with locally sourced indigenous botanicals. While our Guest Amenities range is designed specifically for lodges, hotels, and similar establishments—often purchasing in larger volumes—we've tailored it to be more budget-friendly. This is achieved by using high-quality yet more cost-effective raw materials compared to the premium ingredients found in our Back 2 Nature Skin & Hair Care range. Additionally, bulk packaging helps reduce the costs associated with individual units. Rest assured, both ranges proudly meet all the standards expected by eco-conscious consumers.​

Can I get custom branding with my lodge or guesthouse logo?

Yes, absolutely! We offer custom label options with your company branding (while still including “By Back 2 Nature” for public liability cover). There’s a once-off fee of R550 per product for custom artwork, with a minimum of 12 units per product. Didn’t use all your labels? We’ll keep them safe for your next order with just R15 per label deposit​

What sizes and formats do the products come in?

We offer:

  • 200ml refillable bottles with signature B2N branded with the option of white or black dispensers.
  • 5L refill bulk options for eco-conscious properties wanting to top-up.
  • A full range of mountable dispensers in brass or matte black, perfect for that polished, conscious hospitality vibe.

Can I order small amounts? I’m a tiny lodge with just a few rooms.

Yes, we see you! While we do have a Minimum Order Value of R1500 ex VAT if you are ordering directly, however there’s no minimum order quantity per product. Order what you need, when you need – and refill sustainably as you go​.

Do you offer dispensers for bulk product use?

We sure do. Choose between sleek black or brass wall mounts, available in single, double, or triple holders for either 200ml or 500ml units. They’re stylish, sturdy, and help reduce single-use waste while adding that luxe touch to your guest bathrooms​.

How does delivery work?

We offer nationwide delivery. Courier fees depend on the size, weight, and location of your order. Get free delivery on orders over R1000 if you order on our online store.
