Shipping Policy 

Local Orders ( South Africa ) 

For orders under R1000 ~ There is a flat shipping fee of R100.

For orders over R1000 - Shipping is FREE !

*Excluding Guest Amenities Bulk Refills. 

If your order includes 2 or more ( 10 kg's ) Guest Amenities Bulk Refills ~ you will be charged according to the weight of these products within your order. 

Free Shipping will still apply if you only have 1 Bulk Refill within your order, and if your order equates to more than R1000. 

We use the very efficient courier service of The Courier Guy for South African orders. A waybill tracking number will be sent to you via email, and The Courier Guy will send you a Whatsapp upon the day of delivery to ensure that you are home along with a OTP.

International Orders

We ship internationally using the courier services UPS or Fedex via a third party platform - TUNL.

Shipping is calculated according to weight and address of your order. 

Shipping lead time is 7 - 10 business days for international orders.
