Shipping Policy

Local Orders ( South Africa )Β 

For orders under R1000 ~ There is a flat shipping fee of R100.

For orders over R1000 - Shipping is FREE !

*Excluding Guest Amenities Bulk Refills.Β 

If your order includes 2 or more ( 10 kg's ) Guest Amenities Bulk Refills ~ you will be charged according to the weight of these products within your order.Β 

Free Shipping will still apply if you only have 1 Bulk Refill within your order, and if your order equates to more than R1000.Β 

We use the very efficient courier service of The Courier Guy for South African orders. A waybill tracking number will be sent to you via email, and The Courier Guy will send you a Whatsapp upon the day of delivery to ensure that you are home along with a OTP.

International Orders

We ship internationally using the courier services UPS or Fedex via a third party platform - TUNL.

Shipping is calculated according to weight and address of your order.Β 

Shipping lead time is 7 - 10 business days for international orders.Β

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of product or do exchanges of product.
If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong Back 2 Nature order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing:

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Back 2 Nature product, please take note of the batch number and the β€œbest by” date printed on the packaging, so that we can trace the specific batch of Back 2 Nature product that you have received. It would also be really helpful if you could please email us photo's of your concerns.

These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
